Workout Planning I began my workout routine gradually, with simple exercises as the first step. No need to pull a muscle by overdoing it! These simple exercises can be done at a gym or fitness center or at home with a personal trainer.
Working out at a gym is ideal because it has state-of-the-art workout machines, such as steppers, treadmills, ab rollers, stationary bikes, and other facilities. Eventually, you might choose to buy some of this equipment for your home gym, as I have done. My experience has tought me to only exercise to the point of what my body can handle. An excess of exercise can be harmful to the body. You can also choose the types of exercise that are suitable for your abilities. My family plays games like tennis or soccer or we go for walks, jog, or swim. The form of exercise does not matter as long as you show perseverance, patience, consistency and commitment to the exercise. Workouts with Different Daily Intensities It has been established that the same routine of exercise at the same intensity every day proves to be counter-productive. By doing so, your muscles and physiological systems become incapable of adapting themselves to differing demands that are placed on them. There are many personal fitness workout plans that attempt to solve this problem by changing the exercise routines completely after four to eight weeks. However, if this is done every day, the results will be more encouraging. Some experts advocate that the intensity of the workout should be classified into high, medium, and low, and the personal fitness workout plans should alternate between these intensities every day. Following such an alternating pattern of workouts with low, medium, and high intensities will make the body capable of responding optimally and recovering from each workout in the best manner. Personal fitness workout plans, following the above system, enable the body to recover sufficiently after the high intensity periods, in addition to burning the highest amount of calories.
