It's easy and saves time when you learn
to accomplish a fitness workout without weights.

In such cases, can you afford to miss your daily workout program? Certainly not! There are many options of planning a fitness workout without weights.

  • The simplest exercises to start with are push-ups and sit-ups.
  • The next step is to look at what is available in your hotel room or wherever else you might be.
  • Spot articles that can be used for a fitness workout without weights. These could be two beds side-by-side or ceiling rafters or parallel kitchen counters.

There are several ways in which you can workout with the simple things of everyday life. Some of these methods are described below.

Using Common Items

Put your palms and feet on separate beds, bring down your body to the maximum extent possible, and then go back. This can be done with parallel kitchen counters, or two beds side-by-side, by placing your hands on the separate sides of the counter or beds and lowering your body as before.

Arm Exercises

You can try several variations of the basic push-up, such as narrow base, wide base, and diamond push-ups. For doing the diamond push-up, you have to lower yourself and try to place your nose on the ground between your hands, which have to be put close enough to touch with your index fingers extended. Your thumbs should be bent back in extended position.

Abs

Start with leg raises. The position is the same as advanced dips where the hands are on parallel counters, and then you raise your legs until they are parallel to the floor. You should then slowly bring them down.

Additional Exercises

The next exercises are sit-ups and crunches. In addition, running is an ideal workout without weights. If you don't have access to a running area, you can choose to do aerobic exercises or jump rope!
