What is online wellness coaching?

Online fitness or wellness coaching is where we work with you to design nutrition and fitness programs based on your needs, wants, and goals. Working online to help you achieve success in creating a healthier lifestyle is a less expensive alternative to traditional one-on-one personal training. Everything we do is designed around the information you provide.

Your fitness experts will create and e-mail customized fitness programs with exercise demonstration videos and pictures with start and end positions, workout results log, Registered Dietician 7-day meal-by-meal plans, diet analysis, food journal log, weekly grocery lists, and much more - all for a fraction of what you would pay elsewhere.

Instead, we offer you the ability to exercise from home in a safe, non-threatening environment plus the self-confidence to ask questions and not feel embarrassed. You also have the flexibility to take your fitness programs with you to a gym or anywhere you have Internet access.

We make it that simple! All you have to do is “put into action” the fitness programs and meal plans we provide you. Really, it’s that simple. Have you been trying to figure this out on your own? Are you reading multiple fitness magazines and “guessing” which exercise routines are right for you? All you have to do is follow and track your meals and workouts. Our team of professionals including an Exercise Physiologist will develop the workout plans for you based on your goals, history of exercise, and your health history. Which medications you are on (if any), whether you have heart disease, diabetes, and/or any other chronic condition will be taken into account when your exercise program is developed.

I know what it’s like ...

I currently own and operate two fitness centers in California: Anastasia’s Club Fit in Pacific Grove and Buy the Minute Fitness in Saratoga, California. Your Fitness Experts is actually a spin-off of what I have been doing every day in fitness centers for the past 30 years. You see, I have found that not everybody can afford to work one-on-one with fitness professionals.

When my father was sick with diabetes, I saw firsthand how difficult it was for him to exercise and stay motivated. He couldn’t go to a gym and workout because of his diabetic retinopathy and neuropathy. It was because of his passing that I decided to create a way to help others that want expert personal attention without the hassles.

I realize that most of you don’t want to join a fitness center. Many of you aren’t comfortable working out in front of others and, therefore, never get started. Some of you just need an updated exercise routine that doesn’t require our offline services, and a few of you simply find it difficult to work around someone else’s schedule. My goal is to make exercise as easy and comfortable as possible. Our experts are here to ensure your success through our fitness programs.

Okay, let’s get started ...

For many of you, this first step will be the biggest. After you join our service (the first big step) you will be sent an e-mail asking you to complete some simple questions about your fitness goals, fitness level, health issues, and nutrition. You will also receive your username and password that will allow you to log into your personal control panel.

Within 24 hours of receiving your information, we will send you your customized exercise program and/or your customized 7-day meal plans, complete with grocery lists.

Customized Exercise Programs



Your customized workout will have everything you need to be successful. Every exercise will have a video demonstration that shows a full repetition from beginning to end. You will also see a picture showing the start and end position of each exercise with a description.

So, how do we pick the exercises for you? We throughly review the forms you complete and determine what would be best for your current fitness level and the status of any chronic condition you may have. We also will ask what equipment you own or have access to. You don't have to buy any additional equipment. We will give you exercises using equipment you already own. Don't have any equipment? That's fine. You'll be surprised with what you can do!







Once logged in you will have access to your 30 day workout calendar. This calendar shows your workout schedule for the entire month. For example, you may do cardio one day and do both cardio and strength training the next day. You also have the option of updating your workout results as you complete your routines.


This is important so that we can see how you are progressing and if we need to modify or add new exercises. This is why we need your feedback. Remember, this has to be all about you. It's not what we want it's all about your needs, wants and goals!

Many of you will achieve success with our expert exercise and fitness plans. However, for those of you that need a little extra nudge I recommend you review our nutrition and meal plan option as well.
