  3. Keep track of your weight and other medical figures, such as sugar levels, cholesterol, etc. Watching yourself succeed will only strengthen your will to continue!

  4. Reward yourself with a gift of your choice. This will turn your daily exercise routine into something that you look forward to.

  5. Involve your friends or partner.

  6. All work and no play makes for a very dull day! Kick that monotony to the curb, and be sure to mix it up. How about interspersing dancing lessons with weight training? Jogging with rock climbing? Swimming with soccer? Shuffle your workout to match your mood.
